Waste incineration system:

The disposal of waste incineration system in rotary kiln varies according to the type of waste treated, mainly consists of:

1. Feeding system

The feeding system is mainly used to feed waste into the tube of rotary kiln. On one hand, it can control the feeding speed; on the other hand, it can prevent the high-temperature flue gas from escaping from the tube.The feeding system includes solid waste feeder, liquid waste pumping system and gas injection system

2. Rotary kiln

Through the slow rotation of the rotary kiln, on one hand, it can remove water and volatile waste, on the other hand, the combustible components of waste can be burnt out. By adjusting speed, temperature and excess air quantity of rotary kiln, the best incineration effect can be obtained.

3. The second combustion chamber

In order to make the harmful ingredients thoroughly decomposed and meet the emission requirements, the auxiliary burner and air supply device will be installed on the secondary combustion chamber to control the temperature of 1000 ~ 1200 ºCand keep the residence time of exhaust gas in the secondary combustion chamber more than 2 seconds.In the meanwhile, the ash from waste combustion and large particles of dust in the exhaust gas fall into the tank at the bottom of the secondary combustion chamber,which are discharged by the slag dredger.The removal rate of harmful components in the secondary combustion chamber can be more than 99.99%.

4. Waste heat boiler

Waste heat boilers can not only reduce the temperature of waste gas, but also generate steam for using in the plant, or used to generate electricity.

5. Exhaust gas treatment system

The exhaust gas treatment system is used to remove particulates, dioxins, furans, acidic gases and heavy metals from the exhaust gas.The design of exhaust gas treatment system depends on the type of waste and discharge requirements. The system may include: bag filter, wet dust collector, activated carbon sprayers, and hydrated lime and ammonia sprayers.

6. induced draft fan

The whole incineration system can be controlled by induced draft fan to keep the best working condition of the system

7. On-line flue gas monitoring system

By installing an online flue gas monitoring system on the chimney, the contents of CO, 02, CO2, SO2, NOX and HCL in the flue gas discharged by the incineration system can be monitored in real time.
