CIC, having been started the producing of the pyroprocessing equipments since 1950s, is one of the largest designing and manufacturing enterprises for pyroprocessing equipment in China. The complete set of the pyroprocessing equipment CIC can provide includes the dry, semi-dry and wet processed cement rotary kiln, self-return soda steam calciner, metallurgy chemical kiln, environmental dryer and cooler, and etc, which are widely used in the industries of cement producing, metallurgy, chemical, environment protecting and etc.
CIC has a first-rate team dedicated to the pyroprocessing equipment developing, studying and testing, and the perfect experimenting and testing measures, excellent manufacturing equipment and technology for the pyroprocessing equipment. A complete system for the designing, manufacturing, installing and debugging service for pyroprocessing equipment has now been built up here at CIC.
Recently years, CIC has been learning from the world famous international companies, such as the Danish FLSmisth, German KHD Humboldt and Polysius, and etc, and cooperating with the domestic cement research and design institutes in Tianjin, Nanjing, Hefei and etc. With all these efforts, CIC has developed the series of new large dry-processing cement rotary kiln, which are matching for the 3000~5000t/d cement producing line.
The Supply Scope of the complete set includes: the Kiln Rear Sealing Device, Supporting Device, Shell, Driving Device, Supporting Device with Shaft Roller, Hot Kiln Hood, and Hydraulic System for Thrust Roller (without refractory Material). The Electronic Control System is also available as per the customer's request.
Cooler
1. Application and Operating Principle
This kind of Cooler is used in the cooling of high-temperature material. The quality and grindability of the material can be improved more easily through rapid cooling down from its high-temperature states.
2. Characteristics
The cooler is mainly made up by the shell, the supporting device, and the driving device.
1) Shell
The Shell id welded of multi-segments of the rolled steel plates, which are made of high quality carbon steel. The angle-formed lifting plates are staggered installed inside the shell, except the one-meter area from both end of the shell.
2) Supporting Device
The Supporting Device is bearing almost the whole weight of the shell and keeping the shell removing safely and stably on it; and made up of the roller, shaft roller, and the stand of the roller and shaft roller, with the shaft roller to help the control the axial movement of the shell.
3) Driving Device
Driving Device includes the motor, reducer, girth gear, pinion, and etc. While the motor is the electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor, for the cooler is of great transmission radio and transmission distance.
