Flotation Machine / froth flotation cell can be used to separate nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, heavy metal, nonmetallic mine, chemical material such as gold, copper and recycling minerals. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. No assiting equipments are required,and Flotation Machine must be levelly installed. Flotation Machine is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. Flotation Machine can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface, easy to adjust. The impeller also owns the upper and lower retroversion blade. The upper one makes the magma cycle upward, while the lower one makes the magma cycle downward.
Working principle of Flotation machine
When flotation machine works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air sent by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the remixing with air. The remaining slurry flows to the next trough until it becomes residue.
Flotation Machine features:

4. Reasonable circulation of pulp decreases coarse sand sedimentation;
5. Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.
