Chemical & Metallurgy Rotary Kiln
1. Application and Operating Principle
Chemical Rotary Kiln is one of the common types of the pyroprocessing equipments for chemical clinker roasting. As the most important pyroprocessing equipment for the roasting of the mineral, Chemical Rotary Kiln is widely used in the roasting of the high alumina bauxite ore in the refractory plant, the roasting of the clinker, aluminum hydroxide and carbon material in the aluminum factory, the magnetizing roasting of the lean iron ore in the steel and iron plants in metallurgy, the roasting of the mineral such as the chromium ore and etc in the chemical factories.
The Steam Calcinations Kiln for Sodium Bicarbonate with Inner Recycling of Soda, designed and manufactured by CIC, is the key equipment of decomposing the wet sodium bicarbonate sent by the filtering process in order to get soda, which is through the way of indirect heating by steam. This kind of calcinations kiln has greatly simplified the producing equipment. It extremely benefits for changing, expanding, or building the new plant, also with lower energy consumption and less pollution. The Steam Calcinations Kiln for Sodium Bicarbonate with Inner Recycling of Soda, designed & manufactured by our company, with the productive capacity of 800 tons per day φ3.2×32 meter, is the largest one of the size in China for now.
2. Characteristics
With the relatively simple structure, the convenient and reliable control of the production procedure, high running rate, and high quality of the products, the Chemical Rotary Kiln has the following characteristics:
1) Shell: made of the high quality carbon steel or alloy steel, by automatic welding.
Supporting Device: using the advanced spindle structure, with the automatic temperature measuring device and electronic heater unit, and flow supporting unit for choosing.
2) Shaft Roller Unit: with the type of the machinery shaft roller hydraulic thrust roller and for choosing, while the hydraulic thrust roller is equipped with the advanced hydraulic control system.
3) Driving Unit: equipped with a single or dual drive unit, the continuous current dynamo or variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, of reliable operating and efficient energy saving.
4) Kiln Seal Device: different types of the seal are designed to match the design of the chemical rotary kiln, and all types are with great sealing effect.
5) Low-speed driving device: equipped.
